This DVD is an introduction to machine felting, often referred to as embellishing. Myfanwy Hart will teach the basic uses of the felting machine, how to change the needles when they break and how to care for your machine. You will be taken through different techniques you can use with your machine such as how to create lines, circles and shapes.

The DVD will later progress onto more challenging techniques such as "snippet soup" and "lumps and bumps". These techniques will broaden your knowledge of the felting machine and give you inspiration for your own projects.

As well as providing you with an insight of what you can achieve with your machine, this DVD gives you some inspiration as to what you can turn your embellished fabrics into, such as bags, purses, book covers and brooches.
